MegaMerchant provides e-export infrastructure services that enable brands to start selling on global marketplaces. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes; performance examples reflect past results and do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.
All content, design, logos and trademarks on the Site belong to MegaMerchant or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Third-party marketplace logos belong to their respective rights holders and are used for identification purposes only.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the Site’s content up to date and accessible without interruption; however, MegaMerchant cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from content errors or interruptions in access. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul-Çağlayan have jurisdiction over any disputes.
