This policy explains how personal data collected by Mega Merchant E-Ticaret A.Ş. (“MegaMerchant”) through themegamerchant.com and its subdomains (the “Site”) is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where the visitor is located in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Through application and sign-up forms: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, product category and any other information you choose to provide. During your use of the Site (subject to your consent): IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, page interactions, and traffic source (UTM parameters, click identifiers).
Your data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry and to carry out the partnership process (KVKK art. 5/2-c and GDPR art. 6(1)(b): performance of a contract), to promote our services and send marketing communications (explicit consent — GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), and to measure and improve Site performance (explicit consent / legitimate interest — GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
In addition to strictly necessary cookies, the Site uses analytics and marketing cookies subject to your consent: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (traffic measurement), Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight (advertising performance and remarketing). You can change your consent preferences at any time from the cookie banner. These tools collect no data until consent is given (Google Consent Mode v2).

Your data may be transferred to the service providers listed above (whose servers may be located outside your country) under safeguards compliant with KVKK art. 9 and Chapter V of the GDPR. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship assessment and for the applicable statutory limitation periods; analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR arts. 15–22 you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing, to request restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may send your requests to hello@themegamerchant.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. If you are located in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
